Are you at a school where everyone around you is always getting shitfaced and you feel like you can’t keep up without messing up your health goals? Here is how to continue getting messed up while maintaining your health goals.
The secret is tequila. You are thinking there is no way in hell that tequila is good for me. Well guess what goofball alcohol isn’t good for you so if you’re going to drink it mine as well pick the one that is the best for you. I can guarantee that if you drink 100% Blue agave tequila you will not get a hangover the next day. Do not disregard the 100% thing. If you cheap out and buy something that is 50% tequila and 50% sugar water you are most likely going to put yourself in a coffin for the next 24 hours and you most definitely will not be the guy repping out squats on your Sunday afternoon. Quality Quality Quality. Remember how much of a motto this is throughout the primal community. I’m going to take a second to build an image of your body for you that hopefully will change the way you think about your intake. I want you to think about your body like a car. Now ask yourself are you a freaking Toyota Camry or are you beamer Benz or Bentley. If you answered a Toyota Camry you mine as well just continue the life you’re living because I can be of no use to you. If you answered one of the luxury cars that I mentioned than let me ask you this. What kind of fuel do you put in your car? Regular, Plus or Premium? You should be putting premium in any of those bad boys so they can function at peak performance. So why in our society do we not use the best food to fuel our bodies so we too can run at peak performance. Back to Alcohol, If you fuel your body with alcohol it’s a freaking great time but ultimately it will always set you back so limit yourself to alcohol. I don’t always drink alcohol but when I do it’s 100% blue agave Tequila. Thought for food, think about it.
